A few weeks ago I met up with Cara & Joe who won the engagement session contest via Portland Picks last spring on my blog. Cara and Joe are originally from Oregon, but currently live in Virginia and were out here for a few weeks planning their wedding taking place next summer at the Gerding Theatre. Since they are getting married in NW Portland, we decided to mix things up a bit with their engagement session on the east side at the Jupiter Hotel. Cara is the author of an amazing blog called Cashews and Hummus where she writes about healthy food options and recipes.
